We stopped here for lunch on a Thursday afternoon and it was packed. Staff were more than happy to find us space for two. The Japanese green tea was so yummy and the food was great. Really good value lunch deal and even though it was busy, the service was still quick and friendly and the food was still of... More

This place has it all, food exquisite, ambience is chilled and staff are friendly and welcoming. Every time I visit Berlin I find myself running her for the outstanding Sushi. However saying that , what really takes the award for me is the Tempura salad !!! So so sooooo yummy and fresh. 11/10 all the way, if your in Berlin... More

Went there on Saturday eve, the place was packed! the service was really good, and food was good, everything was good :) in this place you'll probably end up sitting next to a table with some other people you don't know - but for us it was fine and nice chatting with new people :)

4 of us booked and ate on a Monday night. Good job we booked as the place was busy. And having experienced Dudu, it's not surprising that they were busy. The food is great, well constructed and very fresh. Do try the sake and passion fruit cocktail - yum!

We r going often there.. and i have to say the food is really good.. but we r a bit disappointed from the service! Everytime there are mistakes with the orders! They forget drinks, starters ... always! Plus... depending who is working but some of the staff is just unfriendly!

We were a group of 8 and we had a birthday dinner here, the staff lady was very nice, the drinks were amazing and the food was good but not as good as we expected. The sushi was medium for the price that is charged but the guiozas were very good :)

The food is very good, that is for sure. Some great sushi no doubt (although little choice for that specifically). Really, food wise awesome. Here comes the down side; overly crowded on any given weekend night. The crowd itself; Berlins It crowd that wants to be a little more alternative. Really just a "alternative" for those who wish to pay... More

This restaurant is located slightly outside the centre of the city but definitely worth the trip. It has a very easy going atmosphere with kind young people helping you. The food however is really serious. We enjoyed the 4 persons platter and it was really exquisit. There are big tables where you might be sitting with others but all in... More

Went here with two friends. We ordered all kinds of lovely food and drinks, including sushi and lemongrass tea. Delicious for the taste buds and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing.

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
