Went in here for dinner just over a week ago and had the rudest waiter I have ever came across. We finished our starters and left as he was so rude. Arrogance at its best. Wouldn’t even send me worst here. Really disappointing!

Our first time travelling to Berlin for NYE so we booked Lutter & Wegner a few months ahead as it was close to our hotel in Stadtmitte. It took quite a long time for them to respond and confirm our booking. We booked for the...More

Went once at pop up at Gendarmenmarket Xmas fare—lively crowd and good duck. Went to the real restaurant for sauerbraten, liked to duck more but the atmosphere was great traditional. They were quite nice to a single woman dinner, which is not always the case.

We decided to come here for dinner as it was close by and convenient after a long day of travelling. The food was adequate. There was nothing terrible about it but neither was it a memorable meal. Service was attentive but grumpy, I would describe...More

The restaurant lives from the location and the name. The tatar was not fresh cutted and a little bit greasy. The prime boiled beef tasteless. From the waiter no comment, went on to the next guest. Actually a pity for this location.

The variety of menues offered is limited and clear, it applies: less is more. The service staff is very attentive and supporting. The typical guest seems to be older than 40 years with the positive side effect: no children crying.

We ate here at lunchtime and had a very well presented Austrian meal. Very good choice of wine served by very knowledgeable waiters. The food was lovely and we recommend this restaurant to those seeking authentic cuisine.

We visited midweek and had booked a table earlier in the day. The staff were polite and welcoming. We both had the veal Schnitzel and when it arrived we amazed at how large it was. I have to say it was amazing. Very simple but...More

The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights
like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum
Island. The central location makes this one of the
city's most expensive places to live. It is here the
oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence
of some significant transformations, as well. The
gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets
between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given

Yes they accept all kinds of credit cards. As long as they have International coverage, they should be able to accept it.

Our meals we describe as traditional, regional cuisine with Austrian Wiener Schnitzel, which was hailed in the New York Times as "the best steak outside of Vienna." the Berlin style sauerbraten won first Prize in the German Sauerbraten Competition. Moreover, traditional dishes and recipes refined and taken up in part inspired the modern kitchen.
