This restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming. They took away the hassle of ordering as a larger group by providing us with mixed tapas starters for the table. I'd also recommend the paella - very tasty with some huge prawns. Good for small to medium sized groups.

We visited this restaurant with a group of 20 people. The food was fine and featured Iberian ham and various pork, beef and fish dishes. Should you happen upon this restaurant, you should have a decent meal, although it's not a place I would intentionally seek out.

Too expensive. Food untasty. We allowed to waiter to suggest some dishes we would have in the middle, he brought few things that was too little and to expensive. The main dishes we ate was similar dishes of public cantine. We were 8 people and paid 550 euro in total for 2 bottles of wine, 2 sangria, 2 beers and... More

Worst Spanish food ever and very unpolite. This is bad German food with a Spanish name. Please hire a real chef. I feel being robbed. They even cannot prepare patatas bravas (see pic) Didn't finish any plate

We called in by chance to this small but atmospheric Spanish restaurant. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. Both my partner and I had 5 Mixed Meat Grill with Garlic, with a delicious mix of Potatoes cooked with onion and veg. The Rioja & Beer was good too. This restaurant does not take credit or debit cards,... More

Just popped in for a beer after long walk. I got great service and I got back with my wife later same evening. The food, wine and service was great. It's more expensive than other Spanish restaurants in Berlin. But well worth the money.

We really enjoyed the tasty, Spanish food here and feelt really welcome in the friendly atmosphere among the waiters. The kids had schnitzel and the adults had lamb beef.

My colleague and I had dinner at the place last night. Whilst I spent about 31 € she was not very hungry and only ordered a tapa selection and a tea. This was obviously not goot enough for the waitor who largely ignored us whereas the two gentleman at the table next to us ordering the wine by the bottle... More

My wife and I have eaten here several times and the food has always been very good. Once I had the special; goat cooked in sherry sauce and it was fantastic. The owner has his own house wine from his family vineyard in Spain which is very good too. The atmosphere is authentic Spain with hams hanging from the ceiling,... More

I discovered Don Quijote quite by accident--I was staying at a hotel nearby and wandered in because the place looked interesting and I had lived in Spain some years ago and yearned for some authentic Spanish food. I wasn't wrong. There may be some restaurant in Spain better than this one, but I don't know of it. I have returned... More

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
