Have been waiting for ordering the menu for 20 minutes without any care from mindless waiters. Two customers who are later than me can order their dinners while I'm just sitting there like the air. Then I said enough and walk out from the restaurant with disappointed

This was a beautiful restaurant hidden in the middle of the city. They had a huge table in a private room to accommodate our group of 18 people. The food was good (nothing spectacular) but the wine was delicious! We spent a few hours there enjoying the large variety of wine. I would also recommend the tasty desserts.

Went to the Burgerspital restaurant on a Saturday night and was extremely pleased with the food, service and ambience. Having read about it being noisy, with slow service, we did not experience any of this. There are two main areas to the restuarant with a relatively new dining area or the more atmospheric cellar in the old part of the... More

We booked a table just 2 hours prior to arrival. We got the best table, with a wooden handcrafted bench which was wonderful. Food was delicious (we both had fish). Personal was friendly and caring. Definetly a place to return! ;) was and is

As others have noted it is noisy and crowded. The service is a bit slow, but not awful. Food was decent, but nothing that would make you go out of the way or tell your friends about.

This restaurant looks nice from the outside and invites you in. I had a table close to the entrance of the restaurant en close to the door to the kitchen. As result constantly people and waitresses passing by. Also the restaurant was filled and very noisy. So no romantic place to dine. The food was ok. The filet was good... More

I would say the best part of the restaurant is the ambiance with the old building and Gothic arched ceilings, old doors, and painted walls. The food was pretty good, but nothing to write home about or make a special trip for.

The food here is delicious and beautifully presented. The wait staff is very nice and acccomodating for those of us speaking fractured German. Good wine also in a charming room.

Lovely wines and some nice dishes to go with it. Visitors and regular guests mingle effortless, good for a few hours.

Don't come here - worst mistake ever! Also I think the place might be closing down because it's empty and running out of more than 2 options on the menu. Very unhelpful staff, they didn't know the difference between simple dishes and to recommend dishes. They have run out of two options of the menu, being one of them a... More
