Directly at Sendlinger Tor, just steps from the U-Bahn (subway) station. Charming staff, perfect cakes and traditional German style breakfast. You will be pleased.

I have been there many times. Despite arogant service the cakes were always delicious, so I kept coming back until I bough a baumkuche with mold- I am attaching a pictures. I bought it 25th March and in the evening giving as a present discovered the mold- such an imbaracement. Always check what you are buying!!!!

To ask 2,40 EUR for a glass of tap water (with gas) is ... you make up your mind :-( Rest was ok...cake was tasty. Waiter was seen occasionally at the outside tables.

Unlike every other establishment we visited in Munich, the staff at Woemers was rude and unhelpful. Service was slow and poor. Went to the front to order cakes and the woman acted as if she was doing me a favor. When we finally received our food, it was fine. Would not return. There are many other, much more congenial places... More

We ate breakfast here twice as it was right opposite our hotel and we stopped by for coffee and cake one afternoon too. The breakfasts were tasty and filling and there was plenty of choice too. If you don't understand any German then I wouldn't necessarily recommend it as there is no English menu but the staff would probably do... More

The information mentioned about this coffee shop opening hours is not correct. We visited the coffee shop Saturday 3:00 pm and were serving customers. Good place to enjoy coffee and light food including pasta and ice cream.

Not sure I get these bad reviews, though I think some of the them are for the more touristy location near the Marienplatz. I stayed at Motel One across the street from this location and had breakfast and lunch here once. Both were quite nice and I found the employees to be friendly. I particularly enjoyed the Schnitzel Mondays lunch... More

My husband and I stopped in this cute establishment for an ice cream. We purchased two and went outside. As it was 2:00 in the afternoon and not busy at all we sat in one of the 15 small tables they had outside. In a few minutes a waiter came by and asked us to leave as these were for... More

Like I said, this place makes you wish you had never set foot on it. The old marketing motto 'location, location, location' proves to be so very true again. It's no wonder every tourist would love to have some grub here enjoying the view of Marienplatz, but there must be a limit to what that tourist has to endure. We sat at... More

Came to the cafe for a cup of coffee because of its central location and access to the public WiFi and was shocked when it took almost 25minutes to catch the attention of the waitress. I was able to catch the attention of one of the waiters when I was rudely shrugged off and told it wasn't his section. After... More
