The restaurant is in a large mall. The GPS got confused when trying to locate the restaurant. We had very good service and I enjoyed my meal. I had the steak, zwiebelrostbraten. It was cooked perfectly and the spatzel were cooked well but could have...used salt. For dessert, my wife and I shared kaiserschmarrn, a scrambled pancake. It was very good, but I have had better. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have an English language menu -- this helped with ordering a good meal. Total cost for meal with two entrees, two kraut salads, two beers and dessert = 64 euros. We are here twice during our visit to reim. It is located at the base of a huge mall and has both indoor and outdoor seating. The cheese spatzel and salad was wonderful but the wiener schnitzel I had the second night was incredibly tender...and tasty. They have menus in English and a few staff comfortable with English.More

So the bottom line here is bring your own food and drink and maybe a blanket and some entertainment because you are going to wait and wait. Order a beer, it takes 10-12 minutes. Food took a reasonable time but the second beer was like...a treasure hunt. 17 minutes. And then the bill, wow “what did you have?” A total of four servers came to my table throughout the time I was there (which seemed like 2 hours) and they just did not have a clue. I complained to the last guy and he explained that a few servers don’t have the electronic machine for order so it is much slower (is it so hard to order 1 beer? You really need technology?). The food was good and the cost reasonable, but it was like a master class in how not to provide efficient service. This place let’s Munich down. Avoid at all costs (there is a McDonalds around the corner). I was here on June 24, 2019 during a large trade show but the place was only 30% full. I should have spot the warningMore

I was fortunate enough to have dinner at this restaurant. I can highly recommend the eisbein. The staff could be a bit more friendly, but generally a great atmosphere.

We had a lovely dinner vin that place. The waiters were really helpful and our meal was super delicious!

Don´t miss it! Nice place with the traditional wooded decoration, large saloon, perfect beer and an unforgettable Schnitzel! Waiters are cordial and usually speak English and some Spanish as well. Worth visit.

We sat down, a waitress cane after 10 minutes with menus l and then - nothing. We left after 10 minutes.
