Very good cakes ( like everything in Germany) and coffee -lovely place- close to the city center . There is also a bakery, where you can buy bread, cakes and sweet gifts to take home. Nice relaxing atmosphere. In regards to all bad reviews-There was something about the staff there- they could all smile more and be more opened. But... More

After visiting the Halle and some of the stores on the walking street stop here for a coffee and maybe a slight snack. A bakery is attached so you know everything is fresh.

The worst cafe I have ever been to. My friends and I stopped by for coffee and ice cream. I asked the nasty waitress for four menus; she brought be four plates of pasta and four salads. When I told her I didn't order the good, she became nasty. I mean very nasty. She wouldn't bring our bill either. We... More

Many of the old coffee houses have disappeared or have been remodeled over the years. Cafe Nast still caters for the old style clientele with reasonable prices but not for everything. A bit of whipped cream (lots of air) with my cake cost €1,60 instead of 50 cents or even being free. Would not stop us from coming back, but... More

This somewhat historic cafe in the city center of Stuttgart provided the best schwarzwald kirsches torte I've had in the city. It was a bit expensive because of the location and history, but definitely worth a visit.

The choice of cakes and pastries is fantastic. The coffee really good quality. The service very traditional, refined, and friendly. The seating and general ambience one of a traditional Viennese patisserie, albeit in modern surroundings. My forest fruits flan was brilliant. Worth the walk from the main station, as you can work off some calories after!

Liked this place because they have a lot of cakes and coffee/tea variations. Service is not fast. Very restaurant like. ☺ So when you are there just relax ☺ Cakes are tasty. Photos I don't have, unfortunately.

We went to Nast for a late, second breakfast, just passing by, not really knowing what we heading into. The shop is split into two parts, a traditional bakery store and a Coffee-house which has, as a surprise, different, of course more expensive pricing. We ordered some cookies, cake, coffee and something called Schneebergle, which is the same as a... More

During my 3 month stay in Stuttgart a friend discovered cafe Nast's delicious Franzbrötchen (cinnamon pastry). Every Thursday ever since I've been eating lots of these and once I go back to Berlin I will dream of these delicious pastries. The tastiest franzbrötchen I've ever had!!

I stumbled into the bakery side of Cafe Nast when I saw a line at 1:00pm. Beautiful croissants and all sorts of baked delectables! Then the real bonus was the small restaurant offering 8 euros lunch specials. Was I in luck! That day (Wednesday) it was sauerbraten, spaetzle, salad and a cup of soup! I started the meal with a...
