To me this one of the best sushi restaurants i have been. Besides their weird opening hours i always like to go there.

We had a selection of 4 different sushi platters and they were really tasty. The ambience is nice too and the wine selection good. We were sat at the bar and the staff preparing the sushi is really nice. Good for a night out in Mannheim!!

Lots of selection we actually love to order from previous sushi places we've been all over the world. Quality of tuna, salmon and crab was great. Spider roll was a winner. My son wants this as our new pit stop before his every ortho appt on our way to Heidelberg. Just a heads up that it's cash only but not... More

Tokyo Sushi is one of our favorite places for Sushi in the region. Always very good quality. Service is good. Restaurant is always full. Therefore better book early especially for dinner during the weekend. They also serve nice Japanese beer (e.g. Asahi) :-)

The food is very good. Best Miso soup I have ever had. It is very crowded though and not very comfortable. Make sure to book a table. Early tables are only reserved for 1.5 hours. Very friendly too. Can watch the sushi being prepared.

We got turned away because we didn't make a reservation, we were just sightseeing and thought sushi sounded good... oh well

The Tokyo may be small and crowded but there's a reason for that - without doubt the best Sushi in the whole Rhein-Neckar region, and it's been that way for the least ten years or more. I don't know how the staff keep it up over such a long time, but they seem to enjoy what they do. Customers revel... More

Although I go there regularly it is difficult to get the waiter's attention. After 10 minutes of waiting I left a place not even half full. Other visitors picked up the menu from a pile themselves. Take out customers were taken care of quickly. There are options in Mannheim. Not the first time service is slow

This place offers the best sushi in terms of quality in Mannheim. We have been coming here for over 4 years now and I must say prices have gone pretty have gone pretty high. The most recent up-pricing happened this summer and now there are some basic rolls for over 15 euros. On top of all that service is mediocre... More
