The ambiance is great. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The food is just fine. We had Momos and Cashew chicken. It was fine but nothing to write home about.

The hotel suggested we eat at the Katmandou and what a good recommendation. A cosy and warm restaurant with excellent attentive service. Calm atmosphere. The food was delicious and their set menus are really good if you don't know what to order and excellent value for money. Well worth searching out.

I have been to this restaurant twice and both times the food was extremely tasty and the staff is very friendly and very willing to explain the menu and the dishes that they offer. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and the garlic naan. But there is one reason I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars. The dinner... More

This was my first Nepalese food experience and I am so glad I decided to enter when I was just passing by walking towards my hotel. Both waiters were extremely friendly and hospitable. The menu was not English but the waiter explained most of it. I tried one of the traditional Nepalese menu, coming with a tasty lentil soup, mixed... More

Although there was nothing wrong with the food the word that springs to mind is: bland. The spices seem to be so toned down that they are undetectable. Maybe I came on a bad night as the place was full by 8.30. The cheese nan was the best part of the meal

Nice, cozy place with really friendly owners. Everything was well cooked and really tasty. Even for me, not much of a spicy food fan, the chili chicken was perfectly spiced up to rank 2 out of 10! If you want the true Nepalese experience, I would suggest to try the chilli chicken with spice no 10! Delicious nans for starter... More

The place is small and calm. Atmosphere is nice. The service was good. As for the food, few things we ordered were pretty good. Some were ok. All in all the experience was nice.

This was the first time I tried a Nepalese, and I was amazed by the quality and taste of the food in this restaurant. I had a 25€ menu including a starter plate with different stuff, and then a main plate that also included several things. The portions were more than enough, and I was completely full when I left...
