La Soucoupe is situated high above Courchevel 1850 and accessed by the Chenu bubble or the Plantrey chairlift. Try a Chocolat Rum on the terrace or lunch inside. Not cheap but the views and food are superb.

We always enjoy La Soucoupe and this time we tried the little adjacent snack bar. A great little spot for a baguette and a hot drink and reasonable value too. Highly recommend.

The restaurant offers a perfect setting for lunch ,either on the sunny terrace or inside on a snowy day with the fire and cosy atmosphere. Bar B Que meats on the traditional open fire grill are a must and the kidneys are a favourite. Osso Bucco is popular on a cold day and the other selections would satisfy the fussiest... More

This is certainly worth a visit. We ate in the main restaurant on the upstairs terrace. The views are stunning. The waiting staff friendly and exceptionally professional. We had the tuna with wasabi mash, filet steak (exceptional piece of meat but undercooked for taste), chicken and veal kidneys. All delicious. Portions are not mean but we managed an apple tart... I seldom submit negatives reviews however after today's lunch at the Soucoupe I feel the need to share our experience. Over the years we have tried on a number of occasions to visit this restaurant but it has always been fully booked. Today we actually got a table and to say we were disappointed would be an understatement! I am... More

We went to this restaurant on two occasions and really enjoyed both the food and the service. Easily accessible via the Chenus lift which is available for both skiers and non-skiers (e.g., pedestrians). It has an open grill where meats are cooked to perfection. Served with gratin potatoes and oven-roasted bell peppers. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend this place. But... More

La Soucoupe is a mountain top restaurant on the Col de la Lose in Courchevel 1850. It is easily accessible from the Chenus bubble lift or the Plantery chair lift. It is everything a mountain restaurant should be. It is warm, atmospheric, friendly and most important of all, the food is delicious. The restaurant has a main focus on meats... More

A carnivore's delight on a sunny afternoon. Food great, views great, staff friendly and almost efficient (high praise for courchevel). My top lunch-spot in Courchevel.

My son and his girlfriend visited today. It was a treat for them but was spoiled by poor patronising waiter. They enjoyed their food but would rate the service poor
