Such a beautiful spot to go for lunch or dinner. Right in the forest so a unique experience. You must love cheese as most things on the menu contain cheese. Very tasty food.

Sort of, in middle of no where. Very well made and very well heated. Very cozy and friendly. The croutons were very good. Hot and spicy drinks made of Red wine and white wine were good. The owner is a very friendly lady. A must visit.

Great place to eat regional specialties- fondue, croûte, desserts. Walking distance from Les Grands Montets.

This seems to be a theme with us but we ate lunch with friends here, without kids and then booked a dinner for the following night with the kids at the end of our lunch. The waitress seemed a little confused by our exuberance but it is just that good. Such simple rustic surroundings, people hop off the skiing trails... More

The restaurant is located just off the main piste back down to the town. A short ski through the woods brings you to the restaurant. La Cremerie is a beautiful rustic restaurant with a great atmosphere. The service is friendly and the food is tasty, well presented and if you decide to go for the local specialty of a croute,... You will need to book a table due to the popularity of this charming restaurant. Quite an extensive menu around the famous 'croute au fromage' and scrumptious homemade desserts. Affordable, tucked away in the woods away from the crowds. We went twice for lunch - lovely interruption during a ski day. Would go back in a heart beat.

Visited here twice and had a great experience both times. This is an authentic, old establishment which serves lovely savoyarde food (lots of cheese, bread and meat). Very cosy feel. Book in advance for evening meal as a fairly small place. Fondue is excellent.

Great spot for lunch on a day off or leisurely ski day, be sure to reserve a table here. We arrived without a reservation and were fortunate to be seated after a wait, but it was definitely worth a little extra time outside. We got fondue, but admired all the croutes and other cheese-laden dishes going to other tables. Desserts... More

Great and authentic lunch at a reasonable price. The family welcomed us - and got us a table (we had no reservation). Great food. Great atmosphere.

Fantastic place for lunch on a ski day or on a low level walk. The Chamonix area is awash with restaurants serving croutes but none as good as at La Cremerie. Great ambience and good value too.
