Found this restaurant whilst I was wandering around town. Carved into the rock which offers an interesting setting and restaurant format. It is worth visiting the loo for the laugh value, even the owner appreciates it quirkiness and laugh factor! But seriously, what a find!!...More

Great restaurant, which was quite unique serving excellent food at sensible prices. Run by the owners, The Inquisitor, I would go again and again one again it is the people that make a great place to eat.

What a discovery. Up many steps toward the castle and there hidden away is a delightful warm and cozy place to eat. Cavernous atmosphere with a friendly helpful host serving fantastic food. I will be visiting here more when I come again.

Good food and location but limited choice of dishes. The service was good too and the prices were reasonable. Wintery cosy indoor atmosphere.

The place itself is amazing, carved into rock. I thought it would be a bit claustrophobic but strangely although it was compact it felt open and airy. The dining experience was fantastic. There were five of us and we all tried something different and we...More
