Excellent customer service and fresh food for a small restaurant. I'll be back next time. The service was fast and friendly.

We discovered Wazakura when we moved into the area and now go regularly for our sushi fix. Can't fault this place at all. The menu is limited but it is very authentic sushi and always fresh and well presented. The restaurant is small but always very cosy and comfortable. And the owner is so lovely! Always friendly and welcoming. The... More

We’ve been to Wazakura many times, and have always enjoyed the food & the service. In November 2016, the management changed hands. We’ve eaten there a few times since, and we’ve been very pleased. The new owner handles both the service and food preparation, and he does an excellent job at both. The food is of a high quality and... More

Took the family for Saturday meal again on TA recommendations , place is tiny with seating for possibly 12 max inside. Good selection but portions of raw fish tiny for price. Service good but also bill quite pricey. Unfortunately felt hungry 1 hr later. We didn't go back😏

This place offers Japanese Edomae sushi. The sushi prepared by a Japanese chef, was the closest to sushi I could get in Japan, closest among any sushi restaurants I tried in Cannes city centre. If you are looking for sushi using fresh fish with correct treatments, then you will be happier here than other places.

Great food, great service, great price! Wide selection of sushi with vegetarian options. Small place and very attentive friendly service. Would definitely recommend and come again.

Sometimes you want a change from the excellent French cuisine. Try some sushi at Wazakura, you'll not be dissapointed.

Sometimes people mistake their moment of plaisir with th real value of a place, giving it 5 stars. Wazakura does not deserve 5 stars - the portions are small, there is an ugly japanese teen pop loud on tv which contradicts the design which should be thought for a quiet intimate space. Anyway, the food was fresh and tasted nice.... More

The food in this place is excellent, it felt very authentic. We had miso soup, sushi and desert. We liked it so much that we tried to come back on Monday but the place was closed. Instead we went to Wasabi d'Azur and the sushi there was so bad that made Wakazura even better to us.

Had lunch there with a friend... Bill came to in excess of 80 euros and we came away still hungry! The fish was superb... But would I go back? No.
