Staying in Arles we'd been recommended a restaurant for dinner but it was closed. Wandered and found this one. Fabulous! The service is really welcoming and friendly, with great advice for the €30 meal. We take Gregory's advice on food and wine and it's a real treat. Highly recommend.

This small restaurant is a real discovery. Tucked away behind the Place du Forum, this is a family run restaurant -by a mother and son( we deduced). The food was real provencale cooking at its best and the house rose wine was exceptional. The only drawback ( typical in French restaurants) was that the service was unbelievably slow. With one... The staff at this place was great, very friendly and professional. The menu has variety and well balanced. The duck and seabass was great. The taureau Steak very good. It was all together a good experience and we had a great time.

I have had lunch in this restaurant during a work trip. I like everything: the food, the staff and the decoration. The food is so special. I don't know if the food is expensive or not; I didn't pay for lunch because it was funded by the field team organization.

Exquisite food; my husband ordered escargot, and got an entire bowl of tiny ones in a meaty sauce. Nice wine, and then they suggested a local marc after. We loved it. Small, cosy, busy, very French. Very fun.

We had escargots provencal, sea bass with rice, soup and bull rib steak with potatoes and carrots. The food was very good. The waiter was very friendly and pleasant, explaining the dishes and advising on the wine. All in all it was a very nice experience. We did not have a reservation going in but that was not a problem.... More

We ate dinner here on October 8, 2016. The service was quick and cheerful. The food was very good French food. I had duck and my husband had beef. We choose a local wine (the Cicada) and this was superb. We booked at the restaurant at about 5.45 pm for 7.15 pm. We would very much recommend this restaurant in... More

So many restaurants to choose from but this one was recommended by our hotel. And rightly so. But go early just after 7 as it quickly fills up. The duck breast starter is brilliant but the star of the evening were the escargots provençales. Almost a meal in itself. The main courses are all good. The pavlova afterwards was a... More

We visited Arles with my family and the hotel that we stay reccomended the place. Dont forget that restaurants are closed before 7pm. The man that works in the restaurant made great reccomendations for the choice of food. Everybody in the place are chatting each other the atmosphere is so friendly, foods are delicious. Highly reccomended!

Located just a short walk away from the tourist nightmare food square in Arles. Lovely terrace area, small inside, so booking probably necessary evenings and out of season. Food was very good indeed. Very pleasant staff. Not cheap but the menu de jour was good value and the food was quality. House rose very nice.
