Really a fantastic place, great menu offering beautiful foie gras and chateaubriand, great cheese plate as well. Wonderful local wines at very reasonable prices. A Must once in Saumur!

Tucked away on the island in Saumur this place is excellent value for money. Absolutely superb lamb sweetbreads with broad beans. My only negative comment is that the decor could do with a bit of improvement. First class though

Superb food, lovely service. It was so good we went there twice. We had the 29 euro menu which had 3 choices for each of the entree, plat and dessert. All of our options were perfect.

At the recommendation of our hotel, we asked them to book a table for us here for dinner on a Friday night. Was very pleased we had as they were full. Delicious and gorgeous.
