This small wine bar is definitely worth a visit. I am not a wine expert, so I picked at random and was not disappointed. For my second glass, the proprietor picked for me when I requested a dry white wine and it was even better!...The real star of the meal was the meat and cheese charcuterie board that I ordered. There were 5 different meats and three cheeses that were all delicious. The cheeses were more like the hard cheeses you would see on similar charcuterie boards in Spain or Italy and not the soft Norman cheeses. Like others have posted, if you want a table during typical French dinner hours, you must have a reservation because the place is very small. However, they open much earlier than other restaurants in the area so I was able to snag an empty outside table when I went by at 6pm during the week without a reservation. Within 15 minutes though, all of the other tables were full!More

Great bar and lovely wine with food rather than a restaurant. We had a great early evening drink with oysters followed by ham and cheese with 2 different reds. Bought a bottle to go at a very reasonable price, lovely atmosphere and great service.

We came here on the recommendation of our gorgeous hotel, La Maison du Parc. We had amazing oysters and salmon sashimi and a great bottle of rose - perfect for a pre-dinner pit stop. Staff were lovely and setting charming

Four of us, on our annual pre Christmas trip, went to this lovely wine bar on the recommendation of the delightful owner, Christiene, at Maison de Honfleur which was conveniently only a few mins walk in the same street. It was very quiet the night...we went due to an event in town but that didn’t detract from our enjoyment. We certainly made the most of being able to try several (?a few more than just ‘several’!) different wines by the glass and to have good explanations of each wine by the charming owner/s. The wines were accompanied by plates of excellent charcuterie and cheese. The other good thing is that you can buy the wine to take away, which we did. Great wine, food and service located 5 mins or so from the harbour.More

Lovely little wine bar offering a good selection of wines by the bottle and glass. Very nice charcuterie plates to accompany the wine. Nice ambience. Friendly owners and staff. Recommended

Small but very nice place to try a very large selection of wine. Though they do have some smaller dishes of charcuterie - this is not a restaurant. But if you are in the mood for a great place to try different wines, this place...is a must.More

A lovely place to visit, they only serve cold plates but it is definitely worth a visit. The cheese and charcuterie plate to share was tasty with super wine options, we also had the foie gras to start. The service was very friendly and it...was a great place to start our holiday in France.More

Had read the reviews in this place and decided to find it and give it a go...small intimate place which only provides cold food. Don’t let that out you off...everything is delicious. We shared a houmous starter, a charcuterie and fromage plate and a Greek...Salad. The latter is not exactly what I would have at home but it was delicious and cut through the meat and cheese. Added bonus wine is delicious and a bottle of Sancerre was 10 euros cheaper here than by the harbour. It was a leisurely lunch, only a French couple were in when we were there and another French couple came in after us! Amazingly quite a few people went past and looked in and missed out on a real treat. The owners were lovely and welcoming and will definitely be coming back.More

We chose Chez DD because it's the TripAdvisor #1-rated restaurant in Honfleur. It isn't really a restaurant in the traditional sense: it's actually a small wine bar that serves excellent food. We nonetheless left very happy and very well fed. They offer a variety of...small plates, that all looked interesting, in addition to a wide range of wines at reasonable prices. We had oysters and foie gras, which were amazing. This is a fun place to eat.More
