Le Volet qui Penche was recommended to us by our B&B as a nice wine cave for charcuterie and they did have an extensive wine collection and knowledgeable sommelier, so we decided to stay for dinner. It was lovely and fresh and delicious. We planned...More

In the centre of Bayeux, its' hard to make a better choice. Excellent food, fairly priced. Clearly a restaurant that is run with love for great wines, atmosphere and hospitality. We really enjoyed our plat du jour for lunch.

This is a must eat place if your in town. We chose the chefs menu which was a wonderful pork and quiche. The bread is marvellous. I asked for a wine recommendation and the wine they paired with the meal was superb!!!
