We had 2 dishes. My first dish -pata negra - was very good but the second dish - angus beaf with sauce béarnaise - was not what I was expecting: the béarnaise sauce was cold, I got exactly the same salad as with my pata negra and the beaf was not well cooked. I asked for "a point" but it... More

The food was delicious, between us we had the sea bass, the steak and the cochon (pork). All were good, especially the pork. Lovely atmosphere and nice wine too at very good prices.

This turned out to be round the corner from our flat-we ordered sea bass fillet, piece of steak for our son and I had the pork-the pork was amazing-juicy,slow cooked and brown caramelised pieces on the outside-a couple of glasses of wine rounded of a great evening-definite recommendation to visit

Husband and I ate here last night and I had the best steak I've eaten during our year long stay in France. It was accompanied by a delicious pepper sauce, but the meat was so good, it didn't need the sauce at all. The other dish was a slow cooked lamb with vegetables, and it was also a taste treat.... The food here was incredible and whilst having the quality food of an up class restaurant, the vibe and atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. Not too formal which is just what we needed on our visit. The staff were lovely and attentive despite the place being packed for the 2 hours we were there. Highly recommend.

Delicious food, especially the french fries, nice atmosphere and friendly service. As a local, I can tell you this is typical restaurant from Lille where locals enjoy dinner as well, nothing like the tourist traps you can find downtown.

Au Diable des Plaisirs is a good place to have lunch. It is a little bit more expensive that the restaurants that are near but the quality is considerably higher, so in my point of view the ratio quality/price is good. I had the "meat cut" of the day and a dessert made of strawberries. It was quite good.

Very good service. Delicious and reasonable priced meal. Handy for our hotel. Make a reservation as quite busy. Would love to eat here again.

Came here with my sisters to celebrate my mum's place and what a great find. It's not far from the main square and you can sit outside in sunny weather. It's nicely decorated inside and staff very friendly. The food was amazing and a good selection of wine and by the glass as well. We started with the oysters and... More
