Excellent cassoulet, very traditionnal, and you can even leave with the way to do it at home, as it is printed on the napkin !

If you go there choose the Cassoulet!!! Try the the cheese with jam as a desert it's interesting! Good service, they deserve a better rating on trip advisor

We only tried the cassoulet, it was excelent (and I'm not a big fan of cassoulet ). The service may take a while, it takes 45 minutes to prepare it, but if you get there at 7-8 you will be served really fast. Warning: it's very hot :)

On our second night in Toulouse for our Euro 2016 week away we were determined to taste the traditional dish of Toulouse. The restaurant was very quiet when we went in and the owners looked a bit wary of four guys in football shirts but they soon warmed to us and we had a delightful evening. Two of us tried... More

Limp salad and extremely salty, overprice casserole. The meat was tender but one can't even taste anything past the salt. Wine was mediocre at best.

We were extremely disappointed with their cassoulet. It was too salty for our taste. We have had better tasting cassoulet elsewhere. It was also overpriced.

I had cassoulet here. It was not impressive. Considering the size and ingredients, I think it is overpriced. By the way, Salad, bread and dessert were good. Employees tried to be kind. They were not rude. But, I had things uncomfortable. - I found a girl's hair near the knife and the waitress took it to exchange. And never brought... More

We visited this French Bistro early Monday evening after watching a Euro Championship football match in Toulouse. I chose the Cassoulet menu which allowed the main course plus a dessert for less than 20 euros. The Cassoulet stew was hot but very tasty and filling. For dessert I had the Banoffee which was simply fabulous. We were all very pleased... More

I've eaten here a few times while visiting Toulouse for work. It's always good. Plenty of local dishes. A few Menu options at good prices (entree+main+dessert menus from 19-35€). Nice atmosphere. Always busy but not overwhelming when eating out alone. Good for tourists and locals alike.

This place was welcoming enough and the menu seemed interesting. However, service was slow and not particularly attentive. The food itself was tasty enough but the cassoulet was fiercely hot and this took away much of the pleasure of what should be a local speciality.
