Guillaume and his mom and some family or friends run this cafe. They are friendly and hardworking people. We were walking back to your hotel and were also looking for a place to have lunch, and Guillaume's mom was standing outside the cafe encouraging pilgrims to dine at her cafe. The food is good she said. So we decided to... More

We last went to Roi Albert on a cold night in October 2014, but they gave our wheelchair a warm welcome inside. Hence our return in this hot August weather. Still very good value for money, (4 adults & 2 children) 91.40 euros including our drinks. Our main concern was, as there were 6 noisy youngsters drinking beer al fresco,... More

We were persuaded into this café by a forceful lady (the owner?) telling us the delights of the place. It was quite good and the meal interesting and well presented with some interesting dishes even in the formule menu. The waiters were friendly and courteous. Good value for money

Late in the evening we were coming back from the church. I was hungry and my husband wanted just a light soup... The cafe looked more like a bar and I would never go inside, but I agreed as my husband proposed to try it. I was very surprised to find everything we needed there. A true vegetable soup, no... There are a few formule deals €15 or €13.90 which is a huge amount of food. I really am amazed at how the French manage to eat so much - a huge chèvre chaud, duck, pork , fish or beef with all the trimmings , then creme brûlée and coffee! We just went for the play du jour, one course... More

Busy cafe, popular with visitors to Lourdes. Great outlook overlooking the river with open dining area at the rear of the cafe. Pleasant surroundings with friendly staff. Worth a visit

Our 8person group had to go downstairs only cos full ground floor. But the service is excellent, quick & friendly staffs, even often go down to check our flavor or need. Although we ordered set lunch, good service is keen. Food is fine with OK price against its hot location. Staffs almost are not young but service is great. Set... More

Had dinner here based on the recommendation of our hotel concierge. The food was definitely good and the service great. This must be the town's favorite dining place based on the constant influx of customers. It was a bit noisy the whole time we were there which made the place very festive. I will definitely dine here on my next... More

My niece found a small fly in her salad, when she told the waiter (she had to go down as no one was upstairs)he took the plate and huffed... More
