The restaurant was extremely busy and the staff worked like trojans to serve everybody - food was excellent - would recommend for all the family

Stayed only for one night, reception very grand and polite staff, good start, room very good size but very tired, bathroom only had hand held shower over bath which leaked in all directions but straight, water everywhere. Old design and needs updating. Breakfast was from 7.30, we went at 8.45 and hot buffet was easily from 7.30, dry, over cooked.... More

On arrival we were offered a free upgrade to a "superior" room. This turned out to be a newly decorated room on the first floor with a view of the Canal du Midi. Located about 100m from the station, the hotel is well placed to offer convenient access to the shopping area and food markets. The walled city is a... More

Two of us had lunch here and while having the Menu each of us chose some different items. The fish soup had very good taste but too much salt and I love salt. The lamb was very good for the main course and the taste of the pineapple dessert was perfect but the thin slices had the hard core left... More

I have stayed here many times before. The hotel is very conveniently situated, and although it is on a busy road, is very quiet. The rooms are a bit tired, and the breakfast a bit limited, but it is good value.

Enjoyed a pleasant meal and bottle of wine. Service was friendly and very helpful. No problem in explaining the dishes to us foreigners. Food quality was good but so much of it. Just try one course although the set menus would feed two and would be great value for money.

We decided same day to stay over and booked on-line. It was cheaper than Mercure and others around but not much in it. What a great surprise this was. Great hotel with an interesting history, intriguing architecture, and first class location. What made it great was the welcome. We stopped to find the parking, (its limited), were welcomed warmly at... More

As we watched people entering the bistro they were obviously loyal customers by the way they were being greeted by the waiter. Sowe decided to treat ourselves to Sunday lunch.,We we not disappointed. The food was lovely, plenty of it and well presented. We would definitely go back.,

Six nights were spend here with a room on the second floor. Just one working lift which was never enough for arrivals and departures, patience required. The whole building could be seen as one with considerable history but, it has been allowed to slowly become rather faded and sad. Rooms varied in size and content we believe after talking to... While we don't like Carcassonne as a tourist attraction, we stopped for lunch at the Hotel Terminus while taking a boat up the Canal du Midi. Imagine my amazement at finding out that the Terminus is a bit of a centre for Fruits de Mer - they even do takeaway orders! So we took their advice on what to order... More
