My fiancée and I had our first Michelin Star experience here and it did not disappoint. On a dark sleepy street in a hole in the wall just outside the touristy center of Paris, they are doing something amazing. I have never had food with...such a complex and deep flavor. Do not miss the wine pairings, they were the most appropriate pairings I have ever experienced. Do not fear the "no menu" style of dining. Chef Quentin will take of you.More

We have been eating here for a few years when we are in Paris. Our latest visit was the best we have ever experienced. Very imaginative food and preparation. Good to see that they are still adhering to one tasting menu for the evening. Will...return when we are back in three months. The most pleasant, adventuresome dining experience to be had in ParisMore

Vast variety of flavor combinations and fantastic staff let us have a wonderful night in Paris. I can recommend the wine pairing, that delicately “accompagné” les course.

Last night’s dinner at Aspic was amazing. Really first rate combinations of subtle flavours and textures. Very inventive and tasty. They definitely deserve the Michelin star they have earned since I was here last. The chef, Quentin Giroud, has just got better and better!

We visited Paris to try a Michelin star restaurant and decided on ASPIC — it was a great choice! The 7 course meal were all delightful; each plate unique, full of flavor and beautifully arranged. My husband & I agreed that we had one of...the best prepared meat cut during our dining experience 🔥 Service was great and atmosphere was fitting. Thank you for hosting us, ASPIC.More

My husband and I came to Paris to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and we started our long weekend with a bang at the fabulous Apsic, a small 1 star Michelin restaurant in the 9th district in Paris. With only 20 covers, chef Quentin Giroud...and his small team produce an amazing 7 courses using local, fresh, seasonal ingredients. There is no menu, this wonderful selection of food is explained to you by their impeccable and friendly waiting staff, as it is served. We chose the wine pairing to accompany the food. Given you do not know in advance what you will be eating, I really recommend this option. We drank a selection of white and red wines from small, French winemakers which worked deliciously well with the food. It is difficult to pick a favourite from our incredible menu but I have to say the roasted cuttlefish with romesco sauce and the Auvergne blue cheese with white chocolate ganache, blew my mind. Aspic is an intimate restaurant, yet friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. The food and service are superb with very sensible prices. I absolutely recommend it whether you are celebrating or just want a fabulous evening out.More

This was our second visit to Aspic - and we plan on returning again. Food is so creative and delicious and I especially love that Chef Giroud serves some of the courses and spends time with the guests. We plan to return in Sept if...Covid allows.More

Hello, Thank you for your request. We cook all our meats and fishes and jus and most of our vegetables using peanut oil so if the allergy concerns that oil as well, we are afraid we cannot. Best regards, ASPIC
