The food here was disappointing. Much was assembled from tins. The service was mediocre. If you are looking for a leisurely good French meal...give this a miss. if you want France out of a tin, well maybe this will do. Service was not great either.

Small and so busy. Great menu of those meals we once had in France !!! Ultra busy fortunately we arrived early and no trouble getting a table. I felt sorry for those arriving later even with bookings as the service now ultra slow and one...More

We had the good fortune of stopping in for dinner and it was fabulous! A couple sitting nearby recommended the cassoulet as amazing and indeed it was terrific! Wonderful food, cozy atmosphere and friendly service made for a memorial meal.

Yes, my wife and I love this place and Madame. Her English is getting better. We have going back to Paris almost every two years and she remembers us and greets us warmly. The food is basic, solid, classic French cooking. The wine list is...More

Very good restaurant for lunch and dinner. Perfect on a hot day for lunch in the cool and warm and welcoming on a cold winter's day. Been coming here since 2000. Very good traditional French cooking, cassoulet, goats' cheese salad.

Poulet des Provençales was wonderful. Mid price range. Madame will take good care of you. Non crowded during the week. Didn't need reservations.

We had the vegetable soup, chicken provencale and chocolate mousse, the dishes of the day. All were home cooked and very tasty. The wine at 24eu a bottle for red was pretty ordinary, probably better to have a rose or white if you are not...More

We have been many times and it has never disappointed. Great food, ambience and service. Traditional and homely with all the classic French dishes.

Ile de la Cite / Ile Saint-Louis
Two islands sit in the middle of the Seine at the very
heart of Paris. The more majestic one, Ile de la Cité,
sparkles with history. This is the birthplace of
Paris, the home of the Gothic Sainte-Chapelle, and the
site of the prison where Marie Antoinette was held
before her execution. Tourists flock to see the iconic
Notre Dame and the beautiful bridges that straddle the
Seine. Ile Saint-Louis, the more provincial island,

I believe the hours are Mon to Sun: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm then 6:30 pm - 11:30 pm after a short break. So lunch as early as midday. Mon to Sun means 7 days a week. If you go I know you will enjoy it! I had dinner there on a... More
