For someone who has lived in North Africa this brings a lot of tastes from there. Tried the mixed grilled couscous and was really good. However the bill was a bit expensive. This is not a typical restaurant for tourists I guess. You can feel the proximity between staff and regulars that tourists won't get but guess that's fair.

having booked a table for 6 at short notice, we had anticipated being crammed in a corner. However though a tight fit, we were comfortably seated. The restaurant itself is quite small and tables do seem to be close to each other. Decor is simple and minimal, with no real outstanding feature. However, having eaten in dozens of supposedly Tunisian... More

Been here lots of times. When we're in Paris and getting tired of restaurant food we go to dinner Au Rendezvous - it's like having a home cooked meal. The appetizers are delicious, nothing very fancy but very good and the grilled fish we had this time was excellent. We've never tried the couscous - inchallah next time.

This is a Tunisian themed restaurant which looked like a normal brasserie, but upon sitting down and looking at the menu the prices are quite frankly shocking given the level of food that is being served. . We both had the plat du jour which seemed reasonable in price at 18 Euro each and thought it would be a freshly... More

We had lunch today. The person who served us who seemed to be one of the owners made no effort to speak other language than French. Not even a word in English or Spanish. We ordered what was written without understanding. The food was average but we did not have a nice experience. I would not recommend it if you... More

Great to get a tagine style meal, and the shank was very tasty and the wine good......cost for a bowl of couscous and a shank was extravagant....but if you see past that, the place is great. Friendly staff.

This is a place to enjoy traditional jewish-tunisian food. The owner is not jewish, but learned from the former owner very well. Try the pkaila couscous, little known traditional dish that is delicious. Yes it is expensive but well worth it

Usually I check tripadvisor before dining out when on vacation. This restaurant was recommended to us by a local and we enjoyed a pleasant dinner there. Imagine my surprise, when I checked tripadvisor on our return and saw mostly terrible reviews. The atmosphere was that of a friendly neighborhood restaurant and the host was very welcoming despite our lack of... More
