My wife's smoked salmon salad was extremely salty, though the salmon was generous in quantity. My "Pennsylvania" club sandwich was rather disappointing -- small pieces of not very good processed white bread with fake (reconstituted) chicken. Markedly inferior to our experience of the café at...More

I was invited by a local friend for tea at le café Jacquemart-André earlier last month for my second last afternoon in Paris. I regret that time didn’t permit us to go into the museum itself, but tea at the café was a lovely experience...More

This is more a glamourous belle epoque restaurant than a cafe, and the food is exquisite (fresh, delicious and imaginatively presented) and its pastry cakes are top of the range. The menu is 22 euros for 2 courses. The service is very good, and surprisingly...More

A super elegant cafe both in the main room hung with tapestries and on the terrace looking onto the courtyard. A great place for a light lunch (quiches, salads, etc.) or afternoon tea.

A very nice place not only to eat but also to look at. The various meals somehow matches the with the beautiful paintings. The service was very nice, the waiter was very welcoming. It is fairly expensive but I think it worth a trip.

Good food and good service. The interior decorations from the time of the first owner of the villa are beautiful.

A real gem that is set within the museum (you just walk past the ticket area into the courtyard-- but if you want to see the museum you have to go back to buy a ticket). I'm told that this is a popular place for...More
