This restaurant is located on a small side street and you may miss it if you don't have the address. We had lunch here and it was excellent. I selected the ratatouille quiche; it was delicious and an ample portion. It was was served with very fresh greens lightly dressed with a nice oil/vinegar dressing. The service was prompt and... I had the spinach chorizo quiche and it was possibly the best quiche I've ever had in my life. You get a sizeable piece of quiche with a large salad and bread for about 9.50 euros, which is amazing given both the quality of the food and the service. Also, the desserts are amazing. I highly recommend for brunch (12h00-17h00).

I often have teatime at this place. A wide collection of original tea. The pastry and cakes draw heaven in my mouth. And the staff is nice! A nice place for tea in Paris.

My wife and I recently went to this restaurant for lunch while on a visit to the Centre Pompidou. Our French language skills are novice at best so we felt a little intimidated to go into what appeared to be a very intimate tea house filled with French locals. I'm so glad we did. The waiter, Laurent, was the most... More

A real find – tucked away in a little street behind the Centre Pompidou and (thankfully) away from the madding crowds round the front of the museum. We had our lunch there. A tasty selection of homemade tarts, both savoury and sweet, complemented by a wonderful range of teas (try the Agrumes) and other drinks. Relaxed and welcoming with friendly... More

We found this small out of the way little restaurant just a few minutes from the Pompidou Center and could not have been happier. I had a chicken and mushroom quiche, small salad and tea and was very pleased. Service was very friendly and the room inviting with small paintings decorating the walls. After a couple of hours in the... More

This little tea house offers dozens of unique and speciality teas, including ingredients like cardamon, white rum, and roses (teas are about 5 euros). The menu includes wines, coffee, and a delicious home-made hot chocolate as well as quiches and desserts. Brunch is served on Sundays. The space is small and comfortable, with art on the walls and a few... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendour. This neighbourhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
