Head up to the top floor for wonderful food! Had the charcuterie. Best wine-by-the-glass list ever. They use a Coravin.

Stopped into this impressive wine store (classic bottles for sale that are 80 years or older); stayed for a tasty cheese and wine "degustation." The three French Reds were fun, with the Pomerol the best. Three more reds (Spanish and Italian) were less interesting. The cheese plate was a delight. Impeccable service, knowledgeable staff, great outdoor space. Lavinia is basically filled with an amazing collection of all kinds of alcohol. Cheese and charcuterie platter with that and you're off to a good start for a great evening!

Altough the menu is limited to few entreés and a couple of main courses, all the options we selected were Very well prepared. Of course we tried their by the glass labels and it... More

Unfortunately I didn't give them 5 points just because I didn't try the food, but the place is great to taste wine and purchase some with a friendly staff (not all of them)

Aside from having the biggest selection of wines in one place in Paris, this store also boasts a very nice spacious cafe upstairs with an affordable wine by the glass program and friendly service.
