I'd booked a table months ago on the recommendation of a good friend. I was excited to experience traditional French cuisine in a historical environment. Unfortunately, things didn't quite work out the way I had hoped. Appetizers were delicious, I had escargot and my wife...More

The neighborhood is full of choices, but I'm so glad I picked this one. The service was excellent, even without a reservation, as was the food. I took a gamble on the tuna and it was perfectly prepared. Highly recommended.

The restaurant has a series of small rooms, all of them ancient and charming. We went for our first night in Paris, and it was an excellent choice. Very nice waitress, very good food. I couldn't be more pleased with the choice.

by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin
once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which
celebrates the great men and women of France. During
