Everowas so good. Escargot, onion soup. We split coco vin. The chicken fell apart it was so tender. Then we had caramel ice ice cream cups of their hot chocolate ! It was like they melted a chocolate bar and poured it into a cup!...HeavenlyMore

Run, do not walk, to this restaurant when you're in Paris. This was one of the best meals we had during our time there and it is absolutely amazing. Every course was delicious and better than the last. Def have the escargot - they're huge....Reservations recommended. We managed to get in without one but were lucky. By the time we left there was a line waiting to get in. Even with a line they don't rush you through dinner. Absolutely perfect from beginning to end.More

I could marry my partner just for finding this place for lunch. This was hands down one of the best, if not the best, meals we had in Paris. We both had French onion soup to start, followed by the duck filet with a mushroom...cream sauce and coq au vin. The coq au vin was everything I thought it would be and more, so was the French onion soup. It was perfect. For dessert we split cream puffs with chocolate, vanilla and caramel ice cream, also spectacular. The service was great as well. I cannot say enough that you must try this place….it was well worth it.More

Decided to try this place based on location to our apartment and reviews and was definitely not disappointed… Location of restaurant is on a really cool alleyway. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was in point. Would definitely return if back in Paris....Reservations are definitely recommended.More

A friend who lived in Paris recommended coming here for a cup of chocolate but we went here for dinner instead. The food (duck breast, escargots, etc) was delicious. Service was great. The environment was certainly cozy and tables were tightly packed - don't expect...to have a remotely private conversation here!More

When thinking about an ideal dining experience prior to my first trip to Europe, let alone Paris, the meal I wound up having at La Jacobine was exactly what I had in mind. First, the location. Whoa. Set in a historic, semi-hidden cobblestone alley, already...my wife and I were digging the vibe. We were lucky to score a 7:00 PM reservation for that night. By the time our plates came the cozy space was slammed. Normally I have a bit of an issue with overly crowded places but when in Paris? I mean, this is what I expected going in, and I found it easy to go with the flow. Then we took our first bite of the food and realized why it was so hoping. Delicious and unpretentious, everything we had was outstanding. My wife went with the coq au vin and it was, of course, the best either of us had ever had. I went a bit outside my self-admittedly limited palate and tried the duck tajine and although it had its fair share of rivals, if pressed, I'd say it was the best and most memorable bite that I had in my time in Paris. The smell of almonds, dates and spices hit me as soon as the plate was set down in front of me and things only got better from there. SO GOOD. Just a fantastic experience from the time we set foot in that amazing little alley, to our last bite.More

Delicious food, they had a truffle ravioli entree which was one of the best things we ate in Paris. Definitely worth the wait to get in on a Sunday evening!

I’d like to take a moment to commend the staff at La Jacobine Paris. Amazing service, incredible food, beautiful atmosphere. 10 days in Paris and Marseille and without a doubt, the best meal of our stay.

A small gem in the heart of St Germain, in a small walkthrough you find La Jacobine. Quiet, attentive service and really good French food. Highly recommended if you want something away from the buzz but still a genuine piece of Paris

They are very rude. Lots of tourists there and they could care less about your reservation. Trust me, they cancelled ours when we were 10 minutes late.
