135 euro lunch menus provide a chance to use quality produce in interesting ways. But this one started off a bit ordinary, with unexciting amuse bouches, and an avocado dish that was mainly slices of avocado. Interest was raised when an en-croute object was cut and mixed in an interesting white bowl. The cut dough was refilled and the outcome... More

We went there for lunch for my father-in-law's birthday. Overall, the food was good and imaginative - particular mentions for the saucisson and cornichons jelly, the smoked eel appetizers, and the bibimbap with foie gras. It avoids one of the pitfalls of high-end restaurants, which is to oversalt the food to make the flavors stand out. The creme brulée at... More

I accept we were a corporate bunch eating a single group menu with nothing à la carte, but still, I thought noblesse would oblige more than it did. Good champagne and nice wines are not a feat, that's the very least you would expect in such a place. The opening nibbles were just fine, but the foie gras for starters... More

Good food and decent service as expected with a 3 Star Michelin , but didn't get the feeling of a special experience I was looking forward to. Fortunately I was in good company so overall the meal went well. A little noisy when full.

Without question, one of the most amazing dining experiences I've ever had. Right from the moment you pull up to the restaurant they are there. The staff are very welcoming and polite, extremely attentive and very helpful. The level and quality of service is faultless. 9 course meal, plus extras as it was my partners birthday. The food was extraordinary,... More

We were there as part of a large group - maybe about 90 people. The nibbles at the beginning were delicious ( apparently - I am GF). Lovely place- the meal was nice but not out of the ordinary. Perhaps expectations were too high.

This is Paris dining at its best, well deserving its Michelin three stars. M. Alléno is a superb chef who is not above chatting with his guests. We had a seven course splurge (E340) but there are other lunch options with as few as two courses. Whatever you choose don't miss the Japanese wagyu beef which is slow cooked and... More

Loved the experience in a private dining room. The wine is excellent and food is superb. Highlight was a personal visit from the chef.

Our company had an event at this venue. Impeccable service combined with incredible food, and a large wine selection, all of this in an amazing setting. Certainly the best 3 Michelin starred restaurant in Paris.

Description
Since July 1st, 2014, Yannick Alleno has taken over the culinary direction of the Pavillon Ledoyen, the iconic 3 star Michelin restaurant in the heart of Paris, on the Champs-Elysees. Continuing the legacy of his famed predecessors and a tradition that has continued for generations, Yannick Alleno is managing this historic building and direct the staff of the 45-seat restaurant with his creativity, passion and pursuit of culinary excellence. Offering an exceptional dining experience, guests are invited to choose one key ingredient - vegetable, meat or fish - for their main dish. Guided by this choice, Chef Alleno then constructs the entire meal around the core dish, including the starter and dessert. For example, the poularde topped with seeds poached with Jura wine stock and panais extract will be best served with the duck foie gras poached with Rivesaltes wine and pear in a sugar crust as a starter, or the crab meat in squid leaf to end the orange bead cinnamon foam for dessert. Passionate about French cuisine, Yannick Alleno has pioneered new research on modern sauces and introduces these new techniques into each dish.
