This was the last restaurant we visited during our short tour of the best "art deco" restaurants in Paris. The place is surprisingly beautiful, but what surprised me more was the quality of the food. By far the best we had among all these "historical"...More

I write in English to warn people with these fakes menus. It's NOT representative of French food, or service, and I love gastronomy. Some servers don't smile, are able to answer not correctly, and it's too expensive for what you eat. Try an other restaurant,...More

Great restaurant and service tonight with very fresh and excellent seafood. Waiting staff very friendly and professional and understood our needs very well in regards to eating before the cinema. Highly recommended restaurant in this area I have eaten there many times before.

Waited 15 minutes to order, eventually left without any contact from a waiter. Not worth the wait to pay at least €25 for a light meal. Toilets disgusting. ..... KEEP WALKING

While this restaurant looks very upscale and formal and is quite pricy (not necessary when it comes to the food, but especially for drinks), we loved the decor and the food. My wife and I had eaten too much in the days prior to our...More

Service is average. Seafood is very good, especially the oysters. But....STAY AWAY FROM MEAT! I ordered an "entrecôte" and it was horrible. I could not eat it; it was mainly tendons, tough and flavorless. We tried to talk to the Maître and he was nowhere...More

Came based on local friend’s recommendation. Onion soup was very uneven. Mine hardly had any onions and another’s had too much. Soup stock was very watery. Rib eye was a bit tough but the beef fillet was cooked right on temperature asked and was good....More

Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle
époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades,
and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here,
modern day workers continue to take advantage of the
legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th
century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and
cinemas sit side by side with French bistros
predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in

Bonjour ! No dress code , this is a tourist area ! Maybe on a Saturday evening , you would be expected to wear ''formal but casual '' as you may see people coming from the Opera in the winter !

The restaurant's refined decor is a faithful illustration of the Art Nouveau style, with its original mosaics and its crystal Saint-Louis chandeliers a truly Parisian institution located on the Place des Ternes. The head chef prepares a refined, traditional French cuisine using the freshest ingredients. An immensely popular restaurant with both Parisians and discerning tourists, who appreciate beautifully prepared food.
