Le Dome is an old institution restaurant, far from the center of Paris, a beautiful decor, but there are better places. I had the Boullaves, and it was sub par; the fish were full of bones. Did like the Millfoulle.

This morning we sat down for breakfast. Fast forward 30 minutes, no one served us despite seeing us clearly ready to order. Perhaps they just don’t like Asians or they’re plain lazy. Location is perfect with the Eiffel Tower view but it’s a shame the...More

It’s Paris so I don’t expect good value for money, but at these prices it would be nice for the food and service to at least come close to the quality of the location. Unfortunately neither did, by a long way. My steak was small...More

Ten years ago we had an exquisite dinner at Le Dôme and decided to return on this visit to Paris. Once again it was a memorable experience. The venue itself is special, known not only for its Art Deco splendour but for the history of...More

With all the pump and circumstance they put you through to get you in and seated I would say our experience left lots to be desired. I have no problem paying for good food, wine and service but this experience was far from enjoyable. The...More

I was a bit worried about going to Le Dome because of the mixed reviews, but I really wanted to eat in one of the classic brasseries, so I chose it for my birthday dinner. I was not disappointed. I've always wanted to have fruits...More

This location is close to Montparnasse train station, and has been around for more than 100 years. The setting is very nice, and the food also. They have a very good variety of seafood. Wine list is good too. Convenient also if you are coming...More

It's was a wonderful experience until the manager's rude face tell us we can't take our half eaten food away. He face is really mean and as if the food we ordered belonged to him. Really unbelievable because we just don't want to waste our...More

We had been to Paris many times but always managed to miss touring Montparnasse. So, we set out with a plan to explore the area and eat at one of the famous restaurants from the 1920s era. Le Dome fulfilled the restaurant goal perfectly. We...More

The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the
landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that
goes on below it. Bright lights, busy cinemas,
brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and
parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away
from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and
historical monuments and treasures. In between lie
adorable ivy-covered houses with beams and small

In most Parisean restaurants dogs are allowed to hangout with their owners in the outside seating area. We sat inside, but this restaurant does have outside seating area. Safe bet you can take your dog with you.
