It is difficult for us vegetarians to find Michelin star rated restaurants that we can eat at. Chef Alain Passard is there for us with a fourteen course vegetarian tasting menu that is seriously amazing. In addition to the fantastic food, the service is unparalleled....More

Small, cute restaurant with good service and great sommelier. The cuisine is impecable at this restaurant but the menu is a little small. Definetely we could feel the Chefs preference towards vegetables and even though we are meat eaters the food was very good, fine...More

Chef Alain Passard is one of the most welcoming and friendly chefs you will ever meet. He served the best vegetables I have ever tasted (the signature dish was amazing). The freshness and taste has been unmatched from every meal I had since my visit...More

The food was real tasteful and we had some surprices from the chef. The service is very good and the staff very kind. That I didn't like is that there isn't the menu in english and we had to have someone to tell us and...More

everything vegetarian degustation should be. Lovely service and attention to detail. My only criticism would be the speed at which the dishes arrived. Ideally, I would need more time to savour and recover for more enjoyment.

Amazing Food and amazing very knowledgeable service. Every dish, every bite a delight - the vegetables were astounding. However,- so was the bill. You will have to calculate around 250 to 300 Euros for a starter plus maincourse and desert without alcohol... If you like...More

Arpege's (formerly Archestrate) chef Alain Passard is probably the friendliest and most welcoming of all of the 3* restaurants we visited in April. He comes out to greet all the guests and checks in frequently. This made me wonder who was minding the kitchen. Of...More

We had the vegetarian degustation and every single course was a delightful shock to the palate (except the leek icecream palate cleanser)! We are glad we selected the lunch option - we were there from 12.30-4pm. The portions sizes and the number of courses meant...More

Surprisingly, there is not a dress code. I wouldn't wear jeans or a t-shirt, but nice casual attire is perfectly acceptable.
