Lovely family feel restaurant. We had the escargot to share with garlic butter and bread. Then the fish and duck. We shared a half bottle red wine recommended by the waiter which was 6 euro, very nice. Food, wine and staff were all perfect. It...More

We had a very enjoyable evening at L'Aubergeade. The food was good and, as other reviewers have said, it is an attractive little place. Choosing what to eat could be slightly more difficult than in some places because the menu is only in French (which...More

We were early, and got our seat, but even though we had been in France awhile, had to squint at the menu which was entirely in French. Our hosts (twice) went through the menu (mains, then later, the desserts) line by line without so much...More

Where do I start? The food, drinks, ambience, SERVICE. Amazing amazing amazing. L'Aubergeade is honestly the best restaurant we have visited during our stay in Paris. If we had more time here in this lovely city, this would be our regular dinner venue. Thank you...More

I enjoyed my dining experience at L'Aubergeade throughly. The mushroom and octopus appetizers were to die for. The main dish of grilled calamari was soft and fresh. Although I was there for a working lunch, I got to benefit from the friendly and engaging banter...More

Terrific food -- watermelon-tomato soup, veal cheeks, lobster, foie gras, duck! Great, friendly, helpful service, particularly with the French only menu. Wine good and inexpensive. Prices reasonable. Easy to get in before 8; suggest reservation later.

L'Aubergeade is easily one of the best experiences I've had in a French restaurant. This is a bit more upscale that I typically do but do not let that scare you off. First, the ambiance of the place is fantastic, creating a cozy and friendly...More

All eleven of our family were treated as if we were their family. The host playfully engaged our five grandchildren. The food was the best we had all week in Paris. Our waiter was superb and made us feel even more welcome. The prices were...More

Cute little place and maybe other options on the menu would've been nice but vegetarian options were average

This place is cool and full of local. They don't have an English menu and waiters don't speak English either. But the food is amazing. The bone marrow is a must try, a bit oily but really good. Snails is different from the rest you...More

We are between 1100 and 1400 when France leaves in a system called "l'epoque feodale". Aubergeade is a word used in Béarn which is one of the traditional provinces of France, located in the Pyrenees mountains. It means the... More

It's a good value for the quality of food. If you are hungry or willing to have a complete dinner, the set menu is around 25 euros per person. I forgot if it included a glass of whine, maybe only water. After the set menu... More
