I have so often been left underwhelmed by Parisian bistros, in such a touristic city, it's easy to be conned by a nice facade only to end up with a substandard dining experience. This is not the case with Chez Savy where my girlfriend and I had lunch after visiting Paris for the Rock en Seine festival earlier this year.... More

Went there for a business lunch and was nicely suprised. Typical french setting offering excellent, tasty french cuisine. Service was very good, and recommend trying their desserts as well.

Savy is very near my hotel so I go often......lunch and dinner Wednesday, Lunch Friday, different guests. I love the bone marrow and chocolate mousse, maybe not very dietetic...but oh SO GOOD. Also had one day mushrooms with garlic, excellent, very good pommes pailles.. Excellent wine choice at reasonable price. I will go back next year when I come back... More

Great food at a reasonable price. The bone marrow is a must and the foiegras is to die for. This is a great bistro.

We ended up at this place primarily seeking refuge from a torrential downpour but turned out to be one of the better meals we had in Paris. SAVY dates back to the 1920s and has tons of ambience. The clientele look mostly to be business people out for lunch which fits well with the fairly high prices. We ordered steak... More

Visited Chez Savy with colleagues following a meeting - great food, good service and a very "authentic" Parisian brassiere lunch feel to the place. Tables were a little too close together but it is quite a small place. Overall, very good and would visit again.

We stumbled upon this quaint restaurant out of sheer luck and was not disappointed. The staff were pleasant, jovial and very accommodating. Being a vegetarian, they prepared a delicious vegetarian version of salad Nicoise and my boyfriend had an amazing steak served with a bone marrow. Dessert was served with a great dose of humor. We truly enjoyed our dinner... More

Not a success sadly. Pity because this is a restaurant I liked a lot. I left a message on the responder to book for two. Thought I d confirm before getting there that they were expecting me, but no " the responder doesn t work", they had no idea I was coming. Why have a voicemail, then, if it doesn... More
