Sometimes its just perfect to get rxactly what you've been expecting. That is exactly the place. The grunting owner, the light smokey air with yhe burnt meat aroma, the noisy atmosphere and overall, the ambience. Oate de xampagne, dimple snd tasty. 10 ounces entrecote ,...More

The food is not bad, but the attitude of the staff is just very bad. Last straw that broke the camel's back: I try to make a reservation at 7:30pm; the waiter informs me that reservation are either from 7pm or from 9pm, so I...More

Great service, fantastic food, wonderful ambience. We sat upstairs by the window and had a lovely dinner. Extremely generous portions and I could recommend and would return. Loved that they cook their specialty beef dish over an open fire. This is a meat lovers haven.

Went for the beef bourguignon in this unashamedly meat restaurant. It felt slow cooked and melted in the mouth. The steaks looked sumptuous and so wanted to try the foIe gras and sweet wine starter.

Happened to find this place by chance on Trip Advisor. I had no idea Anthony Bourdain had visited and filmed here. Service was friendly. I was taught how to use the tongs for the escargot, which was my starter. The T-bone and creme brûlée were...More

Despite booking ahead, we were shown to a basement table with a party group of at least 20 drunk and loud folk who didn’t care about anyone else. Couldn’t hear yourself talk and the room was so limited the staff couldn’t push pass our chairs....More
