We stopped in here for a drink before going for dinner. It was happy hour! Reasonably priced drinks, good atmosphere and of course an Aussie behind the bar!! Food served after 6pm, good location and definitely worth a stop and the toilets are clean!

Popped in here for a drink at happy hour April 9th and the staff were so unfriendly. No manners at all. Just slapped the pints on the counter. Won't be seeing us again.

Stopped in for a few cold ones and a bite to eat, very friendly and prices within reason. Music was good, big screens for watching whatever one wants. Bathrooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Food was tasty, however we didn't go there for the food. The place is/was good for a place to regroup before heading... More

We went here to watch the NRL grand final, its a nice little bar to have a few drinks at, especially for an Aussie, although they have Fosters which (as all Aussies know) isn't exactly something we drink a lot of... Haha The way the bar is structured though isnt 100% fantastic to watch the big screen, as it doesnt... More

Very enjoyable couple of hours sampling several cocktails. Mixed age range of clientele during the early evening and a very definite young vibe as the evening wore on. We were made very welcome

Good Australian beer selection. Great place to watch a soccer match with your mates. Did not try the food but a few plates that passed by looked appetizing.

Went there for a bday party last night and the place was alright, not too crowded, very nice bartenders, all of them super nice. The music was good because they were also changing the style a lot and thats something good so you dont get bored, The only bad thing was the price of cocktails. 12 Euros is way TOO... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
