We have been eating at this family owned restaurant for 30 years. The food is consistently the best Vietnamese food we have eaten. Anywhere. Service is very attentive, the atmosphere pleasant.

On our first night in Paris we were starving and looking for a place to eat in the Latin Quarter. This caught our eye and we are glad it did. It calls itself Indochinese but is essentially Vietnamese. The waiter, a member of the family, speaks excellent English and is very happy to advise. We had 2 courses and 2... More

We used to have dinner in this restaurant every time we visited in Paris. Food was incredible and we enjoyed fully it. This July, same scenario but with a lousy result. The chef must have been changed but this is not the same food and taste we were used to. Too much garlic in the Salade Papaye, the Amok Cambodgien... More

Crowded Asian-Parisian restaurant for real connoisseurs. Vietnam meets Laos meets Thai for excellent results. Try everything if you can. If not return next week. Don't forget to take your Asian friends. You will become a hero.

Returned after a few years and the cuisine still transports me to SW Asia. The cod citronella in banana leaf and the coconut flan are my favorites.

It was by chance that we passed by this nice and small restaurant at 5, Rue Dante. The outstanding and charming staff are reading every wish from your lips immediately. The meal was very special and delicious. .

It is possible I would try again, because I was so surprised how mediocre our meal was. Chicken meat was very tough and dry and the vegetables very bland. Perhaps it was a bad night, but it was one of the places I was most excited to go for dinner on our last trip.

Really nice atmosphere and service was good. We were after some good oriental cuisine but a variety to try and this proved ideal as dishes were not too large.

We come here on every visit to Paris. Comfortable outdoor seating. Good service. Outstanding French Cambodian food. Convenient location in the French Quarter.

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
