My wife and I had lunch as our usual M.O. We like the lunch vibe and bargain prices as compared to dinner. We selected the venue based on TA reviews and independent web searching. We had the menu selection which was accurately explained by the...More

This place has 1 Michelin star and I was looking forward for dinner at this place. The decor is a bit aged but it still feels very Frenchy and a bit poshy. The service was excellent and the staff a bit funny; I heard it...More

We enjoyed a lot our experience there. Very good service, tasty and innovative food, trendy ambience. Not to mention the 'bible' that serves as the Bourgogne wine list. Deserve a visit!

Service was warm and attentive, but never obtrusive. We felt completely pampered. The sommelier listened to our individual preferences and suggested amazing pairings for each course. A very romantic spot, with gorgeous tile throughout, and table spacing that allowed for private conversation. Food was top-notch,...More

I ordered the tasting menu with accompanying wines. The ambience was terrific, overlooking a lovely outside garden that they use for luncheon. The food was excellent, what I ate of it, as I became so completely bored, I didn't remain for all of the courses....More

Establishment has nice decor, Service is inconsistent, food is in consistent as well. The chef's first plate was a piece of raw tuna that was not cut well and fishy tasting. The foie was unbelievably good. It was paired with rhubarb ravioli and a sweet...More

We ate at this one-starred Michelin restaurant the last night we were in Paris, with an early flight the next day. Could we get through dinner (which started at 7) by 9? Absolutely, even if we had three courses (which we did not). Attentive to...More

LES CLIMATS : The paradise of Burgundy Wines... For anyone who loves Burgundy, the name already says it all, passionately. Carole Colin and Denis Jamet have opened Les Climats restaurant to share their passion for Burgundy wines... Situated in one of Paris's most prestigious districts, on the left bank, behind the Musee d'Orsay, the Maison des Dames des PTT building at 41 rue de Lille, is one of the very few Parisian example of the "Arts and Crafts" movement. The building was originally a 111-room boarding house for public telephone company switchboard operators. Meals were served in a dining room opened onto a winter garden. This charming location is now home to the Les Climats restaurant. The wine list is astonishing : 210 wine makers, 1,200 references, from €15 to €7,636, 3,350 bottles of red and 3,350 bottles of white in the day-cellars, 12,800 bottles in the main wine cellar and 15 wines that can be ordered by the glass (from €5 to €16) There are additions to the wine selection nearly every week
