The whole place stank of smoke - we were met by a rude waitress who didn't know of our email reservation - we were given a table and some very grubby printed menus, no orders taken for drinks, no welcome. 15 minutes later she came back to take our order and the disappeared again before she had taken down anything... I had a pizza and a beer here this evening and both were good. My pizza calabrese was tasty and just the right size and the 1664 washed it down well. I am not a regular beer drinker in Paris but a 0.5l on draft was almost as expensive as the pizza. There is a small area inside where i... More

Fairly priced good food with changing daily special. Owners have done a great job transforming this previously grimy non-descript cafe into a welcoming and bustling corner meet up. Brunch is served on sundays and if you're lucky you'll enjoy some live jazz.

I went here with a group of friends a few nights ago. The restaurant/bar looked very inviting and reasonably busy which is usually a good sign, so we decided to try it. The staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout the night. I had the cheese burger (€15) which did not disappoint! The meat was cooked to perfection and had... More

This is a great place to relax and unwind and watch the world go by. Excellent service and staff work extremely hard. You are not rushed. This is what one expects from Paris. Sit down for some wine, relax, get something to eat, some more wine.Food has been great and have been back twice and will be back again. Bon... More
