Visited with a colleague just after the restaurant opened at 7pm. The chef himself introduced his menu written on a chalk board. We both went for the foie gras (served with toast and pickle) for starter. It was delicious and melted in the mouth. For main I had the langue de chat (beef steak) which was ordered well done but... We keep coming back to Le Coin for it's no-fuss traditional French cuisine and wonderful congeniality. Le Coin is always busy serving hungry locals. The staff is professional and friendly. The Confit du Canard (duck) is absolutely delicious, served with roasted potatoes and a simple salad with a warm dressing, perfect. Le Coin is also a wine bar with wines... More

This little restaurant across the road from our hotel proved to be the find of the holiday! Traditional French fare and an atmosphere to suit a movie set. I would cross Paris to eat here! She had lamb done to perfection whilst his kidneys in a whisky sauce was a delight.

We went, based on Trip Advisor reviews, and after reading through the menu of most northern French dishes, we decided on ham & endive in a cheese sauce and chicken slow-cooked with peas in juice to degree 99 of tenderness. For us it was like excellent French home cooking. We were glad we had ordered a Demi-carafe of wine to... More

Family owned, this brasserie style restaurant offers not only a charming welcome, but also the best choice of French specialties, such as bone marrow, andouilette AAA, duck. The wine list is unpretentious but is quite well composed to cater for every taste. The deserts looked fantastic!

Four of us dined here the other night. We had not booked, didn't think of it, but it was heaving but they found us a table. They explained the fab chalk board menu and we all had great food. One, beef bourguignon with buttery mash, one lamb in herbs with polenta, one pigs cheeks with veg and one enormous chicken... More

When we walked into Le Coin, the owner came right up to us with a lovely smile and shook our hands, welcoming into his very busy bistrot. It is packed with locals. The staff is professional and friendly. The Confit du Canard (duck) is absolutely delicious, served with roasted potatoes and a simple salad with a warm dressing, perfect. Le... More

Visited this restaurant after seeing positive reviews. Atmosphere is friendly and neighborly. The owner made every effort to make us feel welcome in this establishment. Great wine choices . Food was very good and a little less expensive than other more refined restaurants in the area.

Visited several times when staying at Relais Monceau, always a safe choice. I especially appreciate the close attention of the chef.

This is not my first time in Paris and what I really wanted was a local French bistro that was popular with locals, buzzy and had good, well cooked simple food. Le Coin hit all of the above. Fantastic restaurant, we were well looked after by the owners and their team. Two amazing steaks and a Creme Brûlée that was... More
