What a truly fantastic find near Hotel Gabriel. The food was superb - the chef excelled himself - chateaubriand steak for 2 plus the most exquisite desserts. The staff were super friendly. It was a memorable experience - thank you Le Chemise

This was had nice food, but not amazing - given the high prices, I would expect amazing food. The foie gras was unusually sweet which wasn't my preference but the scallops were quite nice.

I would put the prices in the medium bracket rather than medium to low, but you do not feel cheated as the food is exceptional. I had a slightly spiced prawn ravioli starter that was sublime. Great menu, great food, good wine selection and friendly...More

Bastille / Oberkampf
Bastille and Oberkampf are lively parts of town made
for entertainment. During the day rows of unassuming
bars welcome customers for a bite or a drink, but it’s
at night this area really comes to life. Students and
young professionals fill the busy bars around Bastille
and Oberkampf. At Place de la Bastille, crowds flock
to the Opéra Bastille in the evening and groups wait
for coveted tickets during the day. Towards
