Such a terrible experience & un-attentive rude staff we left before even ordering. Let me set the scene... We are foodies and love going out for a wonderful dinner experience, we've dined in many Michelin star restaurants and we had previously experienced the London version of this restaurant and the food was good, the atmosphere light (although not what we... I have heard so many things about it that I wanted to try. I was there alone and they put me on the corner of the counter without any space. The menu is good but the service was very poor and unfriendly. You have to ask for a fork that they forgot to give you and they make you feel... More

Ordered a few items ala carte. Dinner, service, and overall experience was excellent. It was a little weird that they were playing loud music in the restaurant; it was Mike Posner and Kygo too. I think my best value item is the entrecôte. I was extremely happy with that.

A meal worthy of the reputation attributed to french food. Friendly service keen to help us in making our choices and superb tasty food that appears to have been effortlessly prepared as the ingredients were so perfectly matched. The madeleines hot off the oven with our coffee were the perfect way to end our meal...

We went there the three of us with my parents for dinner on saturday night. We could not find any menus online. When we got the a la carte menu, starters were about 40-50euros and mains 70 euros. I got the truffle pasta (70 euros) - it was good but was it really worth that much? my dad got the... More

It's possible to walk in and not wait too long if you like to sit at the counter. We actually prefer to sit there and watch the food prep. The hostess quoted us a 30 minute wait but in actuality it was only 5 minutes. All of our food choices were very good. I ordered the artichoke starter with chickpea... More

We have visited many different styles of restaurants in France over the last 20 years and we have broad tastes but this just wasn't quite right. The service was good and some great flavours in the dishes we choose. But the basement location, strange atmosphere didn't quite work for us. And the fact my wife was vomiting 12 hours after... Very nice place as the old atelier. Very good food, beautiful dishes. But very unfriendly staff with huge waiting times; about 30 minutes between each. Fortunate it was just a 3 course menu, if it was 10 would take more than five hours.... No water offered just like all stared restaurants in France, they can t afford to lose 4... More

I have always liked the Robuchon concept. The food is clever and delicious. The presentation is attractive, and the arrangement works well for one or two people However over many years of visiting in Paris and London, the service has gone down down down It used to be agile and funny and attenttive and helpful, but now the ambiance is...
