This is a very small restaurant off the beaten path that serves good Italian food. The owner was the greeter, waiter, and bus boy, personally servicing all the tables. He speaks very good english and is very accommodating as well as humorous. Although the menu was only in French, he was willing to translate it and then customize any dish... More

We ate at the Piccola Roma late on our first night and enjoyed Carbonara and Pizza for a decent price. What also stood out was friendly, efficient and personable service from the owner, and not just with us but all the customers that night. We passed him in the street a couple of times before leaving Paris and he always... More

If you can get a seat i'd suggest getting one. Eaten here 3 times now and each time was great, I've also shown up 3 times when there were no tables so if you really want a seat book in advance. I was solo so if you're more than 2 I highly advise booking. You know this place is good... More

Stumbled upon this place through Trip Advisor and it turned out to be four doors down from our hotel. It was wonderful! It is a small neighborhood restaurant with the owner welcoming us upon entering. He was very accommodating, making a custom wine cocktail for one person in our party and then making a custom pizza for me. Two in... More

It was our last night in Paris this past Saturday night.I found this restaurant close to our hotel on tripadvisor, all the reviews were positive and they lived up to it.The owner greeted us and made our dinner the best of our time in Paris. The special of the night was a fresh pasta dish, it was homemade pasta in a light... We tried this restaurant on our last night in Paris. We wanted somewhere close to the hotel as we had walked miles during the day. This restaurant was about 30 yards from our hotel on the Rue St Didier. It was very small, probably 30 covers max, but the food was excellent. Everything was cooked to order and the pizza... More

We often stay just around the corner and decided to give this restaurant a try. We loved it, it's a great little restaurant. The service was wonderful and friendly and the food was delicious. This has become a restaurant we will visit each time we are back in Paris.

Our second visit to this very charming pizzeria in Paris. Rum by an Italian family and serving superb pizza's and other Italian fare. The food in very traditional but innovative. And served with care and love. Excellent

Staying in Trocadero

Neighbourhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighbourhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendour, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
