Food is pretty ok. Not too salty ( but abit bland for our taste). Cute lil place decorated with 89s tinsels seated in booth. Staffs are friendly and courteous.

I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and tasty the food was. This is not a fancy place but the service was great and food delicious. I will return next time I'm in Paris

A reasonable Chinese restaurant in the centre of Paris. It is conveniently located near Madeleine Metro. The selection of food is extensive, but nothing leaps out necessarily as being unique: standard Chinese menu really. What we ate was reasonable and freshly served, but not overly exciting in the great scheme of things. The service was acceptable and the food was... More

We seldom have oriental cuisine when we travel. However for the La Chine, we visited the restaurant three ago and found the quality of its Chinese cuisine was beyond our expectation. Being back in the Madeleine area, we decided to return for another sample of the place and the food. Much to our surprise, the menu of the variety of... More

We came here for New Years Eve supper because of the quiet, relaxing atmosphere, but also of course for the fresh delicious food. We had a variety of pork, chicken, seafood, and beef dishes with very tasty noodle and vegetable side dishes. Be sure to try the spicy hot and sour soup, it is sooooo good.

A pleasant evening dining out on the pavement, soaking up the Parisian atmosphere. Good range of food, well presented.

We had dinner around 9 pm. Very quiet, comfortable, very good dimsum, noodles ( we asked if it could be fried and they said yes) , roast pork ribs were excellent! The waiter was nice and accommodating.

My family loves this restaurant. It does more business for lunch than dinner so dinner is quieter. Menu is large and food is great. The head waiter, Lee, knows how to make a family feel welcome and a meal a joy.

We have been traveling for 3 weeks now across France and was craving for some Chinese food. We chanced upon this restaurant when looking up TA and it was close to where we were staying. I was a bit concerned about some of the earlier reviews but I'm lucky I decided to make a trip. It is very very authentic... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
