You must go here to have either the hot chocolate or the citrus tart in their tearoom. You will be amazed. Be sure to buy some caramels and/or some chocolates before you leave. This place is exceptional and not to be missed. Go!

Calm and beautifully simple room with amazing desserts. For me, very good tea and beautiful and intense pâtes de fruits. For mademoiselle, the best chocolat chaud ever, and an exceptional millefeuille. Very helpful and friendly young serveuses. Madame lording over the place a bit less...More

First out all I had trouble finding the shop. I think there should be a large sign above the store window that says Jacques Genin, because we tourists are not familiar with addresses in Paris. Secondly, although the service was good, there were not enough...More

Where to start??? This place is amazing. Sadly the chef was not preparing the Mille feuilles when we went and someone ordered the last creme caramel, but alas our desserts were beyond delicious. I had the seasonal raspberry pie, the others in my party had...More

My daughter wanted to try out JG and we search the directions online. The shop is spacious and there is a counter of beautiful chocolates displayed. We ordered some and also hot chocolate. There aren't many tables for patrons, i guess most of them just...More
