Best fish in town. Great wines. Intimate. Solid Parisian restaurant. Only for people who understands the fine quality in a simple chic salon.

As usual a great moment at le 21. Food was delicious, from the starters to the main dishes. We had a fabulous turbo (4 people) perfectly cooked and prepared. Leave some space for the dessers which are all amazing.

Visited with a fellow colleague and had a fantastic time. Had lovely appetizer of raw fish followed by fish steamed with a bacon sauce topping. The host is really friendly and has a great sense of humor - great food without the attitude.

We have followed Paul Mincelli since his days at Le Duc. This tiny charming restaurant is worth the trip. One wait person and the multi-lingual captain Didier are charming and attentive. A couple of years ago Chef attempted some other cuisine with less success, but...More

Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine
art school and small museums hide in unassuming
