Spontanous visit after recommendation of our hotel (de Paris). The food was great and the service was excellent. Can really recommend this restaurant.

Although our party of three arrived without a booking staff were very accommodating and helped us with a table very quickly. The staff again were very helpful in explaining each dish (my French is very limited) and made what I believe to be excellent choices for the wines to accompany the food. The food was great, each of us had... More

We took lunch here during our trip following the route of Raymond Blanc's early days. A busy place full of locals which is always a good sign. We chose from the menu of the day and the food was excellent-tasty and well presented. Enthusiastic and friendly service from the well trained staff and reasonably priced for a great lunch.

Such is the popularity of this Brasserie that it is almost impossible to find parking but we persevered and finally found a space about ten minutes walk away(and it was raining!) This is a meat lovers paradise, manna from heaven for my brother-in-law Eric,However myself and my sister Anne eventually opted for the fish option. There is a real buzz about... More

This centrally-located Brasserie is off the busy streets in a park. It's comfortable, and modern without seeming too austere. Everything was delicious and the presentation of the food seemed special. Although it cost a bit more than Brasserie du Commerce, the price was reasonable for a restaurant with a bit more pizzazz.

The dinner was very classy, we sat outside and watched people playing pétanque in the park. The waiters were excellent and helped us choose the wine to go with our food. We often did this in France and they always provided something suitable, at a reasonable price.

Very useful as not much else was on a cold October evening. Large restaurant , nicely furnished with different areas. Had a lovely veal en croute with quince. Had to ask the waitress what the fruit was with the meal as I thought quince was bitter, but when cooked it is delicious. Good food but quite expensive.

Recommended by our hotel, but a very good shot. Menu could be a little bit more creative since the chef knows how to cook. Attentive staff and a cosy venue.

The place pay homage to Victor Hugo and it sure does justice to the great man. The outdoor seating is with a cover so you are out yet in. The ambience is lovely and the service and food is great. A short walk away you will find a statue of Victor Hugo himself.

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel but weren't terribly impressed if I'm honest. The food was expensive and maybe it was the choice of food but the only course I finished was the desert. The staff were ok and the food was ok. I didn't think it had much ambiance and I wouldn't go there again.
