Great dinner in style, staff suggested few restaurant in town but we finally decided to have dinner at the hotel, good choice. Good cuisine, maitre d'hôtel is great and very professional, wine list at affordable price.

The restaurant of this hotel, which we stayed at last year and rated highly, is terrible. The food is expensive and the selection is extremely limited. It didn't even offer a salad when we went down there to eat. I say "down there" because it is in the former wine cellar of the abbey, which really was never an abbey... More

Fantastic setting , beyond bad service. One server , no busboy, our finished plates sat in front of us for 20 minutes before being cleared. Left after two courses in two hours.

The restaurant in the hotel is quite good. The service is good until it fills up, and then slows. I suspect the small kitchen bogs down a bit (operated by a single (lady) chef and perhaps one assistant). Overall service is good, and the menu is excellent if a bit limited. Great wine list.

The photos don't do justice as the restaurant is wonderfully romantic. Excellent wine list chosen by very knowledgeable sommelier, who always suggests the best pairings. Some may get put off by the simpleness of the prix fixed menu - i.e. not huge amount of choices, but the food is wonderful and always creative. This was our second time to Beaune... More

My husband and I decided upon the degastation with matching wines. Both were wonderful but for me the highlights were the duck and the cheeses with their accompanying wines. Service was excellent and the integrity of the food was also excellent. We requested wines to match our courses and this proved to be a winner. The atmosphere is very romantic.

This was one of our favorite meals while in France. The young chef is talented and the food selections were wonderful. The service was perfect and not rushed. We not only had a wonderful meal but also had a great experience dining in the beautiful atmosphere. We also recommend this hotel for your stay. Staff is very attentive and the... More

Delicious dinner in the basement of Abbaye de Maizieres. We had the taster menu and the wine selection to go with it in lovely surroundings. The food was excellent and the wines came with explanation and a map of where they came from. It was a delicious experience and one to be thoroughly recommend

We ate here for our last dinner in Beaune. The restaurant is so atmospheric, it is wonderful. The dishes we ordered were all cooked superbly and tasted wonderful. This is really fantastic locally sourced produce, treated with respect and served in traditional French ways. We loved it.

The menu is limited, but everything is excellent. worthy of a Michelin star. A good wine list with a range of Burgundies at reasonable prices, and a very knowledgeable and helpful waiter. This is a family business and this shows in the friendliness of the staff. Recommended.
