I was a big fan of that restaurant a few years ago. Now Menu is completely different with the new chef. Filet mignon was dry and other table around us complain too. Other plate were tasteless. Avoid it.

This restaurant is located within the walled Intra Muros, It is a great place to have dinner, since the food is well prepared and reasonably priced. We both enjoyed local fish and their accompanying sides. We had the wine pairings, which was amazingly good. We...were seated downstairs in a cosy dining room, with just the right amount of tables. The service was very efficient, and helpful during the ordering process also being attentive during the meal. Everyone looked to be enjoying themselves, and we were happy to have made this choice.More

AMAZING. So worth it. Found it before we travelled reviews were great so booked for our first night. Just booked for our last too. Brilliant waitress walked us through the set menu (32 euros) decided to do the wine flight too. Amazing from beginning to...end. Food and wine perfectly matched. Happily stuffed and slightly tipsy. Gorgeous organic local cider too xxxMore

Restaurant is tucked away up a little side street at the opposite end of the main Intra Muros visitor restaurant area, but well worth the 5 minute walk to find. Small traditional decor with a twist of modernity downstairs and a more modern upstairs dining...space with a small bar and open kitchen at the entrance lobby. Great little menu selection of meats and fish dishes. Both Duck and Turkey mains were delicately presented with excellent standard of cooking. Nice cheese selection and the desserts on other tables again were delicately and beautifully presented. Much better value higher standard cooking than many of the main restaurants in the high footfall areas of the walled city. Service was very welcoming, and attentive throughout. Great little restaurant highly recommended to visit amongst the huge selection of restaurants within the town.More

Had a nice meal out here. Portions were well sized and beautifully presented with original choices of ingredients. We chose the 'wine pairing' option but found it a little uninspired for the price. A couple of little problems were very professionally handled (the wrong dessert...and a dodgy bottle of wine) with even an extra dessert to compensate! A refined change from all the touristy creperies.More

We were just walking past here and ended up having the most lovely lunch. Stylish but relaxed restaurant with excellent service and friendly staff. I'm vegetarian and the French are big meat and fish eaters. There is still not a big focus on veggie options...in most places. So it's always great to see there's a vegetarian option - that is not the case in most places still.... I was not disappointed and had the most delicious cauliflower starter with herbs and nuts that absolutely melted in the mouth. To follow I had a gorgeous asparagus and mushroom pasta dish which again, exceeded expectations. Just divine. The deserts were also fabulous and there's a great wine list. We enjoyed our meal so much that we had to go back the next day for dinner. We had some lovely meals during this particular week in Brittany but the meals here were my favourite. We'll be back!More

Excellent quality and well presented food. Sebastian, who was front of house and served us was very pleasant, helpful and the service was first class . I would return there on my next visit, for sure !!!!

We made reservations well in advance and it is highly recommended as the place is very popular . We were seated upstairs and in a window location which was perfect . The food was delicious and the fish dishes out of this world , and...this coming from my dinner partner who is Japanese and a chef himself . The wine pairings were right on target and the service was timely and hospitable . Probably the best meal of our trip and this in a touristy town not known for its Michelin star restaurants !More

This restaurant in St Malo looks very smart from the outside and therefore was slightly intimidating. However, the staff could not have been friendlier. The service was faultless and the food likewise. Highly recommended.

This place is all about shell fish and priced at the very high end, but quality high also. Lovely view although if it is dark at night it is of no value. Good 20 minute walk from end of old town. Waiters have an attitude...but part of this is that they are overworked.More
